Put new Tires on Band Saw and Made my first ring on lathe

These tires were very difficult to put on my bandsaw. It is the third set to try to do it. I ended up boiling them in water for 12 minutes and that worked along with watching many Youtube videos on how to do it. The ring was a challenge. My first attempt ended up where I made the hole in the wood too big. It requires a gentle touch. The wood used is Pecan.
